The hotel boasts three pools. One is for adults only. another caters to both adults and children. a third pool is designed for toddlers. i found a children's playroom with an entertainer. beach volleyball, basketball, and billiards were available.

i had to always call because either a bathrobe or shower gel was missing.

fantastic STAY!

quality food really good cleanliness

The FOOD was high quality and the entire hotel maintained really good cleanliness. ali jaffery REALLY stood out. He offered support ANYTIME we needed it. the staff ensured i had a nice experience.

the hotel policy seemed geared towards adult vacations, not necessarily suitable for families. the atmosphere was like a nightclub SO the family felt a bit out of place. more family-friendly facilities near the pool area would improve things.

the staff dealt with every inconvenience professionally. jane and ali were friendly and helpful. the location is on the palm. the garden view suite had a spacious terrace and garden access.

the hotel is conveniently situated for beach access and is relatively close to main attractions. it is a short taxi ride to strategic city points. the hotel provides a shuttle service to dubai mall and emirates mall.

well trained staff spacious rooms multiple pools

the staff at the restaurant were well trained and always smiling.. one waiter entertained our kids while we finished breakfast. suite rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. there are three pools, one for families, one for kids, and one for adults.

i found the number of times they called my room excessive.

The staff was cute and professional. They were always ready to help with a smile. The hotel maintained super clean conditions and beautiful design. The rooms included thoughtful equipment.

Some cosmetic wear was in the room, but it didn't bother me much.
