The hotel boasts three pools. One is for adults only. another caters to both adults and children. a third pool is designed for toddlers. i found a children's playroom with an entertainer. beach volleyball, basketball, and billiards were available.

The FOOD was high quality and the entire hotel maintained really good cleanliness. ali jaffery REALLY stood out. He offered support ANYTIME we needed it. the staff ensured i had a nice experience.

the hotel policy seemed geared towards adult vacations, not necessarily suitable for families. the atmosphere seemed like a nightclub SO the family felt a bit out of place. more family-friendly facilities near the pool area would improve things.

the staff at the restaurant were well trained and always smiling.. one waiter entertained our kids while we finished breakfast. suite rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. there are three pools, one for families, one for kids, and one for adults.

i found the number of times they called my room excessive.
